Addmission Procedure
  • The Application form along with the prospectus is available from the Officer of the College on payment of Rs. 300.00 payable to Principal , Dr. Akhtar Hasan Rizvi Shia Degree College, Jaunpur in case of outstation applicants.
  • Applications forms duly filled should be submitted in the office of the college on or before date as mentioned on the College Notice Board along with the attested copies of the mark sheet of High School and Intermediate Examinations.
  • Selected candidates will be issued admission card by the Admission Committee. Candidates will deposit the prescribed fees at fee counter of the office within the mentioned specified period. No admission is valid till the fees are deposited.
  • Students who have passed B.Sc. and B.Com. 1st year & 2nd year from this college should complete all the formalities of admission for the next higher class within one month of the declaration of their results. For this purpose they should contact the office of the college.

  • Any of the above rules may be dropped or modified as and when necessary
  • Fees once deposited will not be refunded in any case.
  • T.C. will be submitted by the candidate at the time if admission in B.Sc. Part 1 or B.com Part 1
   Important Instructions for the Students
  • Students are advised to note that a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and practical classes is statuary binding for allowing them to appear in the annual exam.
  • All the students will be issued Identity Cards which will be kept by them and will be produce them on demand. A fine of Rs.100/- will be charged on issue of new Identity Card.
  • The students are also required to fill up a proctorial card and to submit in Proctor’s Office.
  • Students who wish to avail the facility of cycle stand should deposit the prescribed fee.
  • Library Book will be issued to a student for 10 days only. Thereafter a fine of Re. 1/- per day will be charged for each book. Books will be issued to students on producing their Library Cards. A fine of Rs. 50/-+ will be charged on issue of Duplicate Identity Card.
  • If a student creates nuisances or any indiscipline then he/she will be rusticated by the Chief Procter. After rustication, his/her admission will be treated cancelled without any notice.
